It includes mandatory tasks as well as nice to haves which need to completed in order to achieve a target. It also includes the tools, resources and people required to complete these tasks. A well-organized workflow ensures maximum efficiency and productivity. It also helps employees focus on the most important aspects of their job.

The workflow process can be automated with software. This is particularly beneficial for customer service as it can help reduce the time needed to respond to a request. In addition, automation can reduce the amount of human error in a process which can improve the quality of products.

To make it easier to manage and organize your workflows to make it easier to manage and find your processes, you can organize a workflow into folders. For example the sales workflow could be divided into various folders based on brand or product lines. Go to the dashboard for workflows and click Create. Enter a name, and then select the checkbox next to the business unit that you wish to assign. To change the business unit you assign to a workflow you need to hover over it, then click More > Choose business unit.
